Heavens is located in the cooler elevations, you can relax on the lanai, barbeque and watch Hawaiian sunsets night after night in this dream home. Lush landscaping abounds and the large yard features a large saltwater pool & plunge pool, panoramic ocean views, water fall feature, 2 Master Suites in the main house, a smaller bedroom with a trundle bed & a separate 2 bedroom with 2 full baths behind the main house.

Two master bedroom suites in the main house with ocean views, a large living-dining room that boasts tropical features. The oversized gourmet kitchen has everything needed if you plan on cooking for a large family. There is a formal dining room plus additional seating areas on the lanai and near the swimming pool for you to enjoy both indoor and outdoor dining. The den has a new flat screen TV, Wi-Fi access, DVD player, and surround sound system.

This property is close to everything including the airport, downtown Kailua Kona, shopping (Costco is 3 minutes away), several beaches, and all the Big Island activities you can imagine. Situated at a comfortable 1,000 feet elevation on the western slope of Hualalai, Kona Heavens enjoys vast views of the Pacific Ocean, harbor, airport and a glimpse of the lights of Kailua-Kona village.

We rented Heavens to have a family reunion with our children and grandchildren. The kids loved the large pool, and location is great in a quiet neighborhood on the hillside overlooking the Pacific, and with a short ride to beaches and other activities.

This was the perfect house for our mini family reunion of 9 adults. The house is jaw-droppingly beautiful and in a very quiet location. 5 full bedrooms and 5 baths. No air conditioning, but fans in every room. The kitchen is huge and fully stocked. The pool was a tad cool, but felt really good when the sun was out. We did have a small problem with the bbq but called for help and someone showed up that same afternoon. Was very happy with the concierge service they offered. Dave was very helpful.

Very good house, facing the sea, you can swim in the pool while enjoying the sunset. The room is very clean, tidy and very comfortable, all the daily facilities are available, and we have a very pleasant 5 days here. Holidays, everyone thinks this is a perfect holiday destination, and look forward to coming here again to enjoy the holiday.

This house was amazing, it fit all of us comfortably. Great view, private enough for us to have music playing while we enjoyed the pool and hot tub, great walking/running paths around, the BBQ was used most every night for dinners. The trash came on Wednesday morning and the pool cleaner came as well and that was the only interaction we had while at the house. The drive to beaches and downtown wasnt far, the location was great and the temperatures were perfect day and night. We enjoyed the Fairwind snorkeling cruise, Kua Bay Beach, Makalawena Beach and ROYS for a dinner night out with everyone. We cannot wait to start planning our way back to this house next year

5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. I won't bore you with the details, the pics and the 360 tour explains it all. This house is HUGE. We had 7 adults and everyone had their own personal space. The kitchen was spacious with every appliance you need. The electric stove was the best stove I've ever used in a vacation rental. Huge Dining Room and Living Room, and a separate huge Television room. Very large outdoor pool with a very great 4 person whirlpool . Great outdoor shaded area with 4 large tables. Gas grill that was used for cooking. This home was well furnished and tastefully decorated. So much home for the $$$, and I highly recommend this beautiful home.

The elevation was perfect. Some thunder showers early afternoon to cool off the day and breezes at night. The unique lay out of the home around the pool worked really well for us.

Our group of 8 rented this property for 5 nights and while we had high expectations, this house far exceeded them. The house is gorgeous, more than well stocked, spacious, clean, beautifully furnished and warm and inviting. Be sure to leave lots of time in your schedule to just sit and gaze upon the mountain view of the coastline and ocean while sitting next to the large pool and hot tub. The two bedrooms in the ohana are very large and nicely done. The location--between the airport and Kailua-Kona--was perfect for all of our exploring. While we were all looking forward to our next stop, Maui, none of us wanted to leave this house. Our group couldn't recommend this house enough. We all hope to return again. Also, David of Kona Vacations was so helpful and responsive re: planning our trip. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us.

Home is amazing, enough space to feel together and still have privacy. its close to town, the airport, costco, and still have quick access to go to Hilo side as well. as a tip, don't buy too much food, we didn't get to go out as much because we were busy cooking what we bought :)

The house was everything we saw in the pictures when we first found it on Airbnb it's got lots of space great size pool and jacuzzi. It's in a great neighborhood and has a beautiful view. We definitely enjoyed our stay here. Date of Stay: 8/28/17 to 9/4/17

Heavens was perfect in every way!!! Wish we could have stayed longer! We rented the home to share with our friends and family for our wedding during the week. It pretty much had everything we needed for our stay, including some beach chairs & towels, a few snorkel gear items and even different sizes of water shoes! Didn't realize until the last day that there was actually avocado trees on the property! Could've had REAL LOCAL avos as opposed to the ones we bought at the grocery store. The ONLY thing we noticed that was wrong with the place was apparently the renters before us had a bit of a spaghetti mishap in the kitchen (there was sauce on the ceiling that was missed by the cleaners). The house was absolutely beautiful and we will more than likely be back! The only thing that would keep us from renting Heavens again would be the need for more sleeping arrangements, as I'm sure next time around we will have more guests to share with!!!! Perfect Location for families

Our family stayed 10 days at Heavens and it was the most relaxing, perfect, unbelievable vacation we have taken in a while. We have been to the Oregon Coast, New York, Vegas and Alaska over the last 3 years and will rate this #1. The pool and hot tub was the focal point for us because we all love the water and the sun. Although the bar rates pretty high too. The bedrooms were perfect for 10 of us. We have 2 older kids who brought their fiances and the 2 separate rooms out back was perfect for them. My wife and I of course stayed in the bigger master next to the pool and enjoyed post card sunsets every night. Although the ocean was 3 miles away it seemed like it was right there. We brought binoculars to look out at the cruise ships and other ocean views. The convenient location was minutes from the beach and downtown. We enjoyed thanksgiving around the large dining table and played games in the living room. We had friendly Geckos visit us everyday while sitting out by the pool, FYI they love maraschino cherries. I recommend this house to anyone and would be confidant they would do the same. We plan to return as soon as we can. Aloha from the Secls

Hawaiian Golden Property

This property is a Hawaiian golden property. She must have been a true luxury retreat in her day and is still a stunning property with views of the ocean and a neighborhood that boasts mature landscapes. The pool and spa are magnificent and the house is very roomy. A good coat of paint and a light updating would be a welcome upgrade but the old Hawaii charm is not lost with this home. I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family !

We enjoyed our stay at Kona Heavens House. It was very spacious for the eight of us. The kids enjoyed having a “separate house” to hang out in. It was a centralized location and a short drive to Old Kailua Village and close proximity to Costco and Walmart. The views and sunsets are breath taking. The home does not have air conditioning but there are plenty of ceiling fans and floor fans. The home stayed a comfortable temperature with the windows/sliders open. The outdoor kitchen area is a nice amenity. Our kids enjoyed the pool but it is a bit chilly. It stayed at 67 degrees our entire stay despite the warm outdoor temps. I’m not sure the solar heater was working. The adults stuck to hanging out in the hot tub. The home does come with a resident outdoor cat and rooster. The cat is very friendly and chill. It was fun to read the guest book at all the names the cat has been given. I would recommend this home. It was truly a little slice of Heaven

We stayed at the "Heavens" recently. Great accommodations. sleeps up to 10. Easy access from airport, harbor, and Costco. Walmart, Safeway, and shopping within 15 minute drive. open floor plan, There were two families, and plenty of room, with pool, hot tub, and great view.

So much space, although we spent very little time inside due to the beautiful weather outside. The hot tub was greatly appreciated. We received prompt service when something wasn’t working. We loved the friendly little cat that liked to hang around. The views were amazing, especially at sunset. We had an awesome time at Heavens.

Overall, a very nice property for our large family. The home is nicely zoned for everyone to have space without feeling like we were on top of one another. The pool was refreshing and it was great to have floats and goggles available. There were some maintenance issues that we had to have addressed but they were handled relatively quickly and did not detract from our experience. The home is very convenient to shopping, beaches, etc. the neighborhood is quiet and the view from the lanai was great! I would recommend this property for others looking for a rental.

We had 5 kids and 6 adults. The property allowed privacy for each family and a separate place for kids. It had everything we have at home in the kitchen. The pool toys for the kids were great

This is an amazing place! We were two families traveling together, and there was SO MUCH SPACE for all of us. It was wonderful to hang out on the lanai and play games while watching the sunset, or swim in the pool after a day of hiking. The location is perfect - just a few minutes from the market, restaurants, the airport, etc. The view is incredible. We were a little worried that the elevation on the hill would be in a micro-climate that made it too cool to enjoy being in the pool, etc. but that was not the case at all - perfect temperature!! WE LOVE THIS PLACE!

This house was the perfect size for our family of 9. The outside was beautiful and that's where we spent that majority of our time. The only down fall was that being up on the hill it started raining just about every day around noon until dinner time. Luckily there was a patio set under the porch where we could still sit outside when it was raining.

Kona Coast Vacations went above and beyond for us. Not only did we get a great price on a gorgeous place, but we also had a concierge who was available to help us plan our vacation, select great places to eat and see, and was available to answer a multitude of questions. Any issues that came up (a coffee pot stopped working) were dealt with promptly and they were always available if needed. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. I will definitely book through them again.

This house was great for our 2 families, plenty of room and, as pretty frequent VRBO users, we appreciated that the kitchen was well appointed and there were beach umbrellas and chairs we could use. I gave the location 5-stars because it's exactly as advertised...so, not right on a beach or walking distance to restaurants or shops. But if you have a car, that stuff is not far, and you can head a few minutes north for sandy beaches, or a few minutes south for great snorkeling, or just 5 minutes to the bottom of the hill for green turtles in the cove or the amazing manta ray experience at the marina. We appreciated all the options the location put within 20-30 minutes of us and, after a day with lots of sunbathers, or reef fish, we had a quiet, luxurious home to come back to for family game night and horsing around in the pool. Find the local fish market and grill up something fresh and local and watch the sunset. I know I sound like a paid shill, but the good karma at this house just makes me want to pay it forward.
