Two of the bedrooms have King size beds and each decorated with island style. The master bedroom and one main floor bedroom have spacious en-suite bathrooms. The third, full bathroom is located right outside the third bedroom which is equipped with a queen size bed. The bonus room is often used by guests as a fourth bedroom and has two extra-long twin beds that can be combined to make a king-sized bed upon request & for a small fee.
Our Wi-Fi is extremely fast and boasts speeds of 400 Mbps. The home has a total of six smart TVs for content streaming. Televisions are located in each of the bedrooms, the great room and the family area. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with all the appliances you will need if you choose to prepare gourmet meals or simple fare. The great room has a large sectional and TV which leads to the covered lanai, refreshing pool and relaxing plunge pool.
A large barbecue grill station for your outdoor cooking needs is located adjacent to the lanai. The yard is landscaped with lush island plantings to provide a grown tropical oasis. The large lanai upstairs is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks while overlooking the green fairways of the Kona Country Club golf course, ocean views, the vista of Hualalai volcano and rainbows. The two-car garage is a huge plus when traveling with children, groceries or productive shopping trips. The home is located a few minutes away from the Keauhou Shopping Center where you will find a full grocery store, a variety of shops, restaurants, drugstore, movie theatre and farmers market on Saturdays. Downtown Kona is a close ten minutes away by car.
Please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home. They do not record any conversation, but they do alert us if the noise levels exceed the residential limits in the area.
