Welcome to Duke's Place – a brand new vacation rental located in the coveted gated community, Holua Kai at Keauhou.  This private neighborhood is surrounded by the Kona Country Club Ocean course and the Kona coast.   This charming plantation style home is perfect for your Big Island getaway.   It is conveniently located to everything that Kona has to offer – water activities, tennis, golf, hiking, local Farmer's market, restaurants, shops and historical sites.

This cozy 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage vacation home sleeps up to 6 people comfortably.  It features open living areas, making it an ideal home away from home.  The dining room, gourmet kitchen and living room opens up to a large lanai that is perfect for entertaining and relaxing after a day of activities.  The master bedroom and bathroom en suite features a King bed, a walk-in shower, a free-standing soaking tub and sliding glass doors that leads to a serene tropical garden.  The other two bedrooms have queen beds respectively and share a full bathroom with shower/tub combo.  This home has central air conditioning in addition to ceiling fans throughout.  The outdoor area space offers a covered lanai with a ceiling fan, gas grill and outdoor furniture with a tropical garden view.

Holua Kai neighborhood offers a "gathering place" that includes a pool,  a pavilion, changing rooms, outdoor shower, lounge chairs and seating area.  It is conveniently located next door.  There is also a sunset lookout where you can appreciate and take photos of the beautiful ocean and Kona sunset.

For activities, a public golf course, Kona Country Club is nearby.  Holua Tennis & Pickleball Center is walking distance from the neighborhood.  Keauhou bay/harbor is nearby for all water activities, such as Manta Ray boat tours, paddle boarding and kayaking.  Also, nearby is the Keauhou shopping center that offers shopping, farmer's market, dining and a movie theatre.  A short drive will take you to Kahaluu Beach Park, White Sands beach, Kealakekua Bay and many Kona coffee farms.
