This four bedroom, 3 bathroom home is located in the gated community of Keauhou Estates. Keauhou Estates is very well situated and is close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, and a golf course.

The front door opens to the living area, looking through the large glass sliding doors to the spacious lanai with a private swimming pool and spectacular ocean views. The large lanai offers both ample sunny and shaded/covered lanai space. The large kitchen and dining area are also located on the main floor with views to the pool area. The master bedroom enjoys ocean views and entry to the lanai, has a King bed and master bath with separate tub and shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king bed upon request & for a fee, a lanai and bathroom 2 is located on the main level of the home. Very private from the main level of the home are bedrooms 3 and 4 both have queen beds and a shared bathroom 3 located in the upper level.

This home has a bonus room with a ping pong table with ocean views located on the main level.

The poolside lanai is elevated above Kamehameha III Rd which provides incredible ocean, coastline and sunset views. Although subdued, traffic noise may be heard from the road while relaxing by the pool.

This is a no smoking, no pets property. There is a 7 night minimum stay, 10 night minimum during Ironman and Holiday Season. Hawaii Tax ID: 100-066-0992-01. Please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home. They do not record any conversation, but they do alert us if the noise levels exceed the residential limits in the area.

The house was a great space for multiple families! Everyone had their own space but the main kitchen and living was a perfect space to gather! The best part of the house was the patio and pool area! The sunsets were spectacular!

This house is just perfect for a group (in our case 3 couples), and is exactly as shown in the photos on the rental website. The house is very well equipped with everything you could need (even a margarita maker!). Everything was spotless and well maintained. The house is located in a secure housing estate, and there's plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The best part of the house was the lanai which overlooked the pool and the ocean - catching balmy breezes all day long. Michele the concierge was very helpful and can provide advice on bookings and tours. There is an excellent supermarket about 5 minutes drive away. We would have loved to have stayed longer in this lovely house on the Big Island.

We were very pleased with this house. Very clean, had everything you can think of. The pool was great, the location was amazing and it was in a secure residential area. The property manager was great and welcomed us on our day of arrival. We really appreciated everything from the house to the arrangements by the agency. Cannot thank you enough for making our vacation wonderful.

We have the best time in Hawaii and a very big part of that was the vacation home we rented. From the time of our booking, to meeting a Kona Coast Rental Agency person when we arrived was amazing. The house was so very clean, organized and we found everything we needed. We loved the gated safe residential area. I will never forget this vacation.

Had a great time in the rental. It was perfect for the 6 people that stayed there. We used all the gathering areas within and outside the house. It felt more like a hotel with all the shampoos, and soaps available to us as well as paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags which on previous rentals with other companies we had to provide. Also providing beach towels is a plus when you are packing for a 2 week vacation. Enjoyed our time in the house and was very sad to leave it. One thing that I forgot to mention was one of the screen doors did not slide out from the living room to the pool area.

The house was a beautifully maintained vintage home. The view was amazing. It was spotless and very well stocked (beach gear, pool toys, kitchen items). The only small downside is that it is near the road and the traffic noise is quite loud, however it dies down from midnight to 6am. The upside is that once the traffic dies down you can actually hear the ocean waves! Dates of Stay: 12/30/16 to 1/6/17

The home was well appointed and suited a family of 9 quite well. It was clean, well supplied and perfect location. Our one problem was not able to connect to the internet for 5 days and four of the adults were physicians trying to connect with patient information. Kona management along with Comcast finally resolved the problem with both a new modem & router. Date of Stay: 1/25/17 to 2/5/17

We stayed here for 11 days to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and also invited my in laws and brother & wife. It was perfect.

The property was exactly like the photos. It was very clean and taken care of. We did have super small items we had to call the property manager for: (1) the propane tanks for the grill were empty. They graciously provided new tanks the following morning (2) We thought the keypad lock didn't lock. Maintenance called us immediately and explained how to secure the lock. (3) the Master toilet flush didn't work after awhile and we had to flush by opening the back lid and manually flushing (yuck). It wasn't a deal breaker and we reported it on our final day. They were really great about it.

We would absolutely stay here again. The service. The home and the location was perfect.

I would highly recommend the Haleo Luau at the Sheraton, as well as Hapuna beach and the Four Seasons Resort for dinner. The home was a central location and the driving to sights weren't bad at all.

Very nice home, super high-end homes location, gated community but the home needs updating. Sink garbage disposal needs rubber insert as food starts flying to your face when you use it. The home could use an A/C as it gets pretty warm there in the month of July. Driveway design is crazy S shape and if you are not careful you will hit the concrete wall. The house is situated close to a busy street so there's always car noise present. Other than that, its a beautiful home with an awesome view.

Unbelievable property. The pool is amazing! There is no AC but do not let that deter you. They have great fans, both ceiling and portable that keep you cool throughout the night. The rooms are all spacious. Very private property. Honestly the best rental house I have ever stayed in.

Four Weeks Of Sunsets

We stayed at this house for four weeks as part of our 40th Anniversary celebration. We had family come and stay with us at different times and visited other family who live on Hawai'i. It was wonderful to explore the Big Island at our leisure and to not have to rush to do this and that. The house comes exactly as described on the website. It was extremely clean and well kept up. There were a few minor issues that arose over time, but Kona Coast was always eager and quick to address the situation. Every contact we had with Kona Coast staff was excellent. Except for the weekday traffic on the Queen K. Hwy between the airport and Holualoa, we enjoyed everywhere we went on the island. We particularly liked the beauty of, and everything we did on the Kohala Peninsula. Don't miss the Pololu Valley Lookout or the drive on Hwy 250 between Hawi and Waimea...gorgeous. We also very much enjoyed the east side of the island from South Point, to Na'alehu, to Punalu'u Beach, to the Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park. We enjoyed Lava Lava Beach Club in Waikoloa, Punalu"u Bakery in Na'alehu, Kings View Cafe in Kapa'au, Kona Brewery Pub in Kailua, and Sam Choy's and Amici's in Keauhou. In the end though, one the best memories will be all the varied and beautiful sunsets we enjoyed from the lanai of Eono. Date of Stay: 10/17/17 to 11/14/17

Wow, Amazing, Breathtaking, Ocean views for miles!

This house is immaculate. The views go on and on for miles. We had family join us for a total of 8 people. Our ages ranged from 60 to 19. I can tell you no matter what age we all had a blast. Plenty of room for us to hide if we needed down time. The pool and outside lanai were used the most. This home is exactly as shown in the pictures. Kinda funny we like to get out and explore but we all felt guilty for leaving this house. I would highly recommend. So many provisions were provided with the rental it made our vacation almost stress free. Thank you Kona coast for making this a great experience. The welcoming gift basket was nice and thoughtful. We did have a problem with the code and I can tell you that the after hours emergency number not only worked but had us in the house in no time at all. We also experienced a shower door that kept coming off it's hinge a quick call to maintenance and a few ours later it was like new. I also want to give a shout out to David our concierge. Great Family House in Kona!

We stayed at this beautiful property for a week. There was 8 of us and it was large enough that we were all very comfortable and had room to move! Most of our time was spent by the pool. Shopping is close by and it is a secured gated community. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. I'd definitely recommend this place.

This home is amazing and we especially enjoyed the pool. I brought my own pool skimmer because there were usually a lot of bugs in the pool. The Polaris vacuum was not as robust as before. The teather does not float anymore and it would get tangled up and didn't clean the corners or climb the stairs. The house is well maintained and the kitchen is very well stocked. I was there during the 6.9 earthquake and the house shook and rolled and water sloshed out of the pool, but nothing fell off the walls and there were no cracks or damage. The concierge was helpful for my guests. We love the location. The view is the best.

We rented this house for a birthday celebration with our children and grandchild. We were all quite pleased. My kids were very impressed and said "this is how the rich live." The house is a five minute drive to a great snorkeling beach and about 10 minutes to downtown Kailua Kona. Everything worked well and the couple of little things that needed fixing were taken care of right away by staff. The only minor complaint we had was there was traffic noise from the road going down to the beach. The early mornings were particularly peaceful. One morning, the entire sky was orange. We would recommend this vacation house and if we returned to Hawaii, we would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The home is beautiful, has an amazing ocean view, gorgeous landscaping, perfect layout, well supplied kitchen, and very convenient location. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms have massive sliding windows that open to the huge lanai. All seven of us enjoyed having that area to play games and enjoy the sun and view. The whales were late this year, but we did see a few from the lanai on the last two days of our stay - bring your binoculars. There is plenty of seating inside and out. The star gazing from pool side is amazing when the moon is down; we saw 50+ shooting stars between 2:30 and 3:30. The internet and TV functioned well. We are very competitive with ping pong, so the table was really nice to have. Fortunately, our son brought his "pro" paddles; there were no paddles provided in the home, only two balls left in the drawer. The location is convenient to several good snorkeling spots, with the best offshore snorkeling just down the road within sight from the lanai. The most economical shopping is just 15 minutes away at WalMart, Safeway, and Costco (just a few minutes farther). Cons: The road noise is, as mentioned by other tenants, very loud for the back and right of the house - which includes the master suite, pool, and lanai areas. It echoes up from the road constantly until 1 am, and begins again at 6am – it is not just rush hour. The sound is somehow magnified up from the road. A single car will wake you. We wore earplugs at night and ran the floor fan on high to mask it. The fountain does not help cover the noise (as mentioned by another guest) and the fountain only runs occasionally (the switch on the wall makes no difference as to ‘on’ or ‘off’). It must be on a timer. It is difficult to swim laps with the pool vacuum running constantly - the cord gets in the way. Management: If you have any problem, note the time, date, and representative’s name. Maintenance and Cleaning is handled very well. BUT, communication between the management company staff is lacking and they do not inform clients of progress (if any). I had 2 separate issues; one maintenance issue and a checkout extension request. I thought that both were resolved with one phone call, but each request resulted in me having to make multiple calls for status, follow up, clarification, confirmation… It was too much to explain in this note. Vacation is to get away from work, not generate more work and then pay for the frustration. I must say that all, but one of the young ladies was very mannerly over the phone – just not thorough. Things to do: If you are comfortable navigating and handling a boat in the ocean, I suggest renting a power boat from Kona Boat Rental for the day, Eric and Blake. We are avid snorkelers and were able to go to several great spots, seeing porpoise, eels, octopus, shark, rays, fish, fish fish... and 2 whales on our last day out. Two of our college grads went diving with Manta Dive Shop and came back with some really cool video. Speaking of mantas, be prepared if you go on the night manta snorkel viewing. As many as 12 people are assigned to hang (you are not to let go unless being escorted back to the boat) on to a single float that shines light to attract the plankton. It is very difficult to hold on to the float and take video or pictures. We did see 3 mantas within 15 feet. Don’t expect to get decent video considering the plankton and the depth. I would not take anyone less than 14 years old. Pololu Valley is a beautiful hike! It can be very slick so bring good shoes. Give yourself plenty of time to go up the continued trail at the other side of the black sand beach. Carry water,water, water. Enjoy!

The home is large and spacious. Kitchen well equipped. The house could use some major updating but the reason you choose this home is because of the outdoor entertainment area and pool. You will not be disappointed in that but this house sits right above a major road so expect road noise. The view is soo great you get past that..

The view from the house was AWESOME! the house does not show all that well, it’s dated and needs to be update for sure. The road below the master bedroom has heavy traffic and is loud all day and night. The shower knob broke 2 times in the master bathroom and the kitchen is just ok compared to the other houses in the gated community, this house is just ok

We had 2 families stay at this amazing house. The pool was awesome for the kids and the view was fantastic. The only down side would be traffic noise but it wasn't that bad. We would stay there again for sure.

This home was Absolutely Beautiful! This was our 1st time in Hawaii and it was for my son's wedding! We had several family members together in the home but the house was so spacious and secluded that you never felt like you were in each other's way. I would get up before anyone so I good enjoy the beautiful sunrise with coffee. The views are AMAZING! My grandkids loved the daily visits to the "Gecko Villiage" which were 2 beautiful plants with cute geckos and lizards! The pool was clean, large and the house had pool toys for the kids! We purchased a few and left for future guests! The property is very well maintained and the vegetation makes this home a tropical paradise. Donna at the gate was very professional but funny at the same time. We felt very safe staying in this gated community. Our family celebrated my son's wedding and this home was the cherry on the top. Only suggestion would be portable air-conditioning units- not sure if window units would work for the upstairs.

Guard at check in at gated entrance , rude not friendly . I contacted the renter and they handled it quickly , no more problems ! House is a little dated as compared to the photos , but the lanai , pool and view were fabulous ! The lanai is covered so you could sit in the shade or by the pool in the sun , nice to have that choice ! House had all things we needed , everything worked , BBQ is near the end of its life , but still worked well enough for us to bbq many nights . 7 of us ,my two daughters and husbands , grandma and my wife and I all had lots of room . Ping pong table was a nice bonus ! Lots next the house don't have houses so very private ,Some road noise below pool area but hardly noticed it after a few days ! I would consider staying here again ! Thank You !

This house is like from a dream it is everything that you've ever hoped for in a dream vacation home. The pool was warm and the sunsets were amazing. The hosts were so accommodating and very good at communicating. Even on weekends and late at night they were responsive which we really appreciate. Our family, ranging from a two-year-old to grandparents, had a fabulous stay here. The house layout is wonderful, the pool is amazing And the weather was perfect. The master bedroom was a little close to the road and a bit noisy at night, but closing all of the windows and turning on the overhead fan worked just fine. We would definitely stay here again.

The pictures were very accurate and there were plenty of amenities. The concierge service was on point - when our WIFI didn't work well, someone came to our place immediately and went into town to buy us a new router to fix the problem. The view from the pool is really as good as the pictures!
