A little piece of paradise! The beach is close and the house is all ready for you to come in and relax! Our teenagers loved the pool table and pool! House looked exactly like the pictures. Gated community made you feel safe. Private beach was also great!

Kona Coast Vacations were perfect for us, we had eight people with our children and grandchild along. Directions were clear and convenient, the condo was gorgeous comfortable and had all the amenities we needed (including the piano which I used for practicing). We loved the downstairs patio and pool area with a table big enough for all of us. We all had our spaces to go to for sleep and comfort. The coastline was beautiful also and easily accessed by a walking path, beautiful views there. I also loved the private lanai off the Master bath in the a.m. with ocean views, birds, palms etc. It was a dream vacation for all of us, thank you!

Pros: House layout is open and airy. Very nicely furnished. Kitchen both very good for meal prep and for people to congregate. Lanai porch - terrific for hanging out. Comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms. Very clean and well maintained. Easy walk to local restaurants. Secure, gated community. Con: Community athletic fields are close by and, on several evenings, hosted spirited games into the night creating a little crowd noise for those of us with back bedrooms. Not a big deal at all.

We stayed here for the Queen Lilli race mainly for its proximity to the race site. The description and pics were beautiful. We did not expect the house to be more beautiful than the picture. It was lovely and very comfortable. We felt right at home. The house is spacious and perfectly laid out. We were able to walk to the race site which was a total plus. The communication with the Kona Vacations staff and David our concierge was A+. They answered all of our questions, concerns and made all arrangements we requested. We were so sad to leave as they made our stay one we will be talking about for a long time. We snorkeled we th the dolphins , mantarays, zip lined, helicopter tour, coffee tour and raced the Queen Lilli. We visited the beautiful beaches on the island, utilized the fabulous kitchen as well as eat at the local restaurants that weee in walking distance. Quinn’s was our favorite. There’s plenty to do and David will help you arrange everything !!

We stayed on the Big Island for 2 weeks and we started with 7 days at this amazing home. We had 8 people in our group and there was more than enough room for all of us, couples, teens and all. It was a great house for our large family group! The kids like being able to walk into Kona without us. The small beach area is so safe if you have small children and very near the skateboard park. We loved the pool but I think the kids we had with us (ranging from ages 14 - 22) would say they like the outdoor pool table the best. We stayed in 3 homes throughout the Island this trip and when we asked which was their favourite, this was it! The house is very well equipped with boogie boards, towels, snorkels and beach umbrellas. We used it as our base to explore this side of the Island. It was fantastic!

I can't say enough good things about this place!

Highly recommend this house for your trip to the Big Island! The pictures are accurate but the house felt like so much more! The rooms were big, beautiful, and had amazingly comfortable beds. Plenty of bathrooms with lots of towels and toiletries provided. Huge kitchen with space to cook and store all of our food. We had little ones with us and there was a crib, high chair, and plenty of toys for the trips to Keiki beach. I can't say enough good things about this place! Well worth it and we couldn't have imagined staying anywhere else! So close to everything we wanted to see as well. Thank you so much!

We chose this place based on the pictures and the proximity to everything we wanted to do. When we showed up and met Dave, our expectations were surpassed. The house is larger than you expect and all the rooms are tastefully decorated. The kitchen and dining area were great for the eight of us. We cooked every night and hung out and then spent the rest of the evenings in the Lanais.

This is a fabulous vacation home. So close to many Kona experiences. We also loved both the private beach and the public beach a bit further down the road which was wasn't crowded either. Even a bit of snorkeling available at high tide in the public beach. The home itself was beautifully decorated and stocked with lots of beach items (towels, snorkel gear, chairs, etc. etc.) to make the stay that much more convenient.

The home was perfect for our party of seven. One is a 3 year old. The location is so close to the water & the closest beach is just right for young children. The pool was much appreciated as weather was warm & humid. The kitchen is well equiped and the two lanais are so nice in morning & evening. Bedrooms very comfortable and lower level has big screen for a few football games. We walked to town for shopping & luau.
