Top floor on the southern most end of Kona Bali Kai overlooking Banyan's surf spot. Floor to ceiling glass sliders with views to the Pacific Ocean greet you as you enter this unit. Fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area and a spacious lanai that allows for outside dining & a perfect spot to take in ocean. All 3 bedrooms have king sized beds and flat screen televisions. The master bedroom is on the ocean side of the unit with access to the lanai, plenty of closet space and a walk in shower. Air-Conditioning is available only in the living room and master bedroom.

This Resort is on world famous Alii Drive, just 3 miles south of the quaint town of Kailua-Kona where you will find great restaurants and shopping. Banyans Beach, famous for its intermediate surfing, is on the south end of the complex. Kona Bali Kai has a freshwater swimming pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ area, large lobby & grassy area near the waters edge for total enjoyment near the condo.
