Kona Isle B8 is a corner unit located on the ground floor. Window AC available in the living area with ceiling fans both in the living area and bedroom to assist with airflow to keep the unit comfortable on those days that a little AC is needed. WIFI is included.
All rooms recently remodeled provides a comfortable home base as you explore the Big Island. The unit is located close to the pool and the ocean front BBQ area. There is a King bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living area so the unit can accommodate up to 4 guests. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a washer/dryer in the unit & TV cable.
The solar heated swimming pool is ideally situated at the ocean edge just in front of a sandy area to lounge, sunbathe and watch sunsets. Next to that is a paved picnic area with gas barbecues. A unique infinity salt water pool is directly next to the ocean. The Salt Water pool is adjacent to but not on the Kona Isle property and it is owned by the State of Hawaii. Use at your own risk. The town of Kailua (shopping and restaurants) is a short walk as are beaches, snorkeling, and the Ali'i Garden Marketplace. A local trolley stops directly in front of Kona Isle. Free Wi-Fi access is provided with the unit.
