Very nice unit! One bedroom, one bathroom offer a nice partial ocean view. Super stocked everything, with high end linens and towels. Granite counters, walk in tiled shower, newer carpet and furnishings. Sofa sleeper and one flat screen in living room. Wall A/C located in the living area & in the bedroom. A stacked set washer/dryer located in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cook top, full size refrigerator, toaster/convection oven (not full size), and microwave.

The solar heated swimming pool is ideally situated at the ocean edge along with a sandy beach, picnic area, and gas barbecues. A unique salt water pool is next to the ocean. The Salt Water pool is adjacent to but not on the Kona Isle property and it is owned by the State of Hawaii. Use at your own risk. The town of Kailua (shopping and restaurants) is a short walk, as are beaches, snorkeling, and the Ali'i Garden Marketplace. Free WiFi access in complex.

Kona Aisle is very quiet and peaceful and provides everything you need for the perfect beach day. You can hear the waves crashing on the shore from the bedroom and see it from the balcony. The living room and kitchen were clean and provided most of what you need for a night in. The location of the condos itself was really close to everything - beaches, markets, and restaurants. Aside from the noisy vent in the bathroom, everything was perfect. Highly recommend this spot for anyone exploring Kona!

My husband and I had a wonderful and relaxing vacation in our condo. It was located about 10 minutes from shopping and great restaurants with a pretty drive on the way. I loved that we could hear the ocean waves from our room and see them from out balcony. We really appreciated the beach accessories like chairs, an umbrella, cooler bags, and bamboo rolls and of course flippers for snorkeling and boogie boards! The condo was nice and clean and the perfect size with all we needed to have a memorable and relaxing vacation stay!

This is a nice condo. It had everything we needed and the location was great. The pool was wonderful for swims after sunset. There is a salt water pool that you have access to as well that is owned by the state. The management company gave clear directions, offered us advice on activities to do while on the island and called the last day to offer to store our bags for us if our flight was much later than checkout. Overall I am impressed. I won't be going to hotels anymore. This is cheaper and more convenient.

The condo was lovely and we very much enjoyed the lanai, eating at the little table and viewing the ocean waves. Additionally, I had a few interactions with the condo manager, Brian. He was very friendly and suggested a wonderful guidebook for the island, which we borrowed from the library. A little touch that leaves a nice impression. Thank you Brian. The grounds and pool were lovely, too. We enjoyed our stay!

This is a great condo with all of the amenities. The kitchen has a very nice assortment of dishes and utensils, including a coffee grinder, which we used to make fresh ground coffee every day. The furnishings are in good shape and are comfortable. We enjoyed the nice view of the ocean on the balcony and spent a good portion of our time on the wicker chairs which were provided. Another great aspect of this particular unit is the combination lock on the front door, which meant no lost keys to worry about. Our only minor complaint about the property is that the scald guard on the shower is set way to low, making impossible to get a decently hot shower. A very minor complaint. Overall this is a very nice unit with everything you need to enjoy your stay on Kona. Highly recommended.

We stayed for 10 nights and couldn't have been happier. The unit had everything you need including, very nice beach chairs, sun umbrella, boogie boards, beach mats, cooler bag, snorkel fins and a few other things. The condo grounds are beautiful and the condo manager Brian is always hard at work. We loved that it felt more like home then vacation, quiet and peaceful! We will definitely be back

Ocean Front complex well located

The Kona Isle C35 condo is part of an Ocean Front complex well located just between downtown Kona and some nice beaches. It was a good starting point to go to other attractions in the region. The kids enjoyed the pool and we could use the BBQ's and eat outside just beside the ocean while looking at the Sunset.

Everything we needed was there. C-35 was nicely decorated. The ocean view from the balcony was way better than a peek a boo view. The grounds are immaculate. Parking was assigned. Location was perfect. Best to have auto. A million thanks!!

It is a very cozy apartment, which is tiptop decorated! The pool is also nice and comfortable. From the balcony you can watch the waves. We liked it very much.
