The kitchen has artisan granite countertops, custom cherry cabinets and is thoughtfully stocked for the at home chef. It is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including: French door refrigerator, dishwasher, glass top range, convection oven, built in microwave and garbage disposal. A larger stacking washer and dryer is efficiently located in the kitchen.
The solar heated swimming pool is ideally situated at the ocean edge along with a sandy beach, palm trees, lounge chairs, picnic area, and gas barbecues. A unique salt water pool is next to the ocean. The Salt Water pool is adjacent to but not on the Kona Isle property and it is owned by the State of Hawaii (use at your own risk). The town of Kailua (shopping, restaurants and nightlife) is within walking distance, as are beaches, snorkeling, and the Ali'i Garden Marketplace.
