The living area features a brand new queen sleeper sofa with pillow-top mattress, rattan accent chairs, a 55" flat screen television, and ceiling fan. Wall-to-wall sliding doors lead out to the lanai which is outfitted with comfortable rockers and a table that will easily accommodate four.

The spacious and bright bedroom has a queen bed with quilted mattress topper, full closet with sliding mirrored doors, flat screen television, ceiling fan, berber carpeting, and a wall of windows which open to reveal a stunning ocean view that you can enjoy from the comfort of the bed. The bright, airy bathroom has a walk-in shower that has been accented with hand-painted tiles & ceramic flooring. Windows throughout the home are outfitted with custom wooden sliding shades that can be pulled shut for maximum light blockage.

Kona Isle resort is situated in the heart of the Kona coast on the ocean side of Ali'i Drive about 1 1/2 miles from Kailua-Kona restaurants, shops and nightlife. In addition to the pristine landscaping filled with hibiscus, banana trees, island palms, and other local flora, the resort offers a heated, fresh-water swimming pool, and a private ocean front sandy area. Both are equipped with lounge and Adirondack-style beach chairs that offer unsurpassed opportunities for soaking up the sun or relaxing in the shade of a palm tree with a good book. Additionally, the resort maintains three built-in gas BBQs in a lighted, ocean front picnic area that provides a wonderful spot for watching the sunset with drink in hand and dinner on the grill.

Very nice unit! One bedroom, one bathroom offer a nice partial ocean view. Super stocked everything, with high end linens and towels. Granite counters, walk in tiled shower, newer carpet and furnishings. Sofa sleeper and one flat screen in living room. Wall A/C located in the living area, and a stacked set washer/dryer located in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cook top, full size refrigerator, toaster/convection oven (not full size), and microwave.

The solar heated swimming pool is ideally situated at the ocean edge along with a sandy beach, picnic area, and gas barbecues. A unique salt water pool is next to the ocean. The Salt Water pool is adjacent to but not on the Kona Isle property and it is owned by the State of Hawaii. Use at your own risk. The town of Kailua (shopping and restaurants) is a short walk, as are beaches, snorkeling, and the Ali'i Garden Marketplace. Free WiFi access in complex.
