The grounds have a traditional Hawaii flair and attract numerous beautiful birds and butterflies to watch. Speaking of watching, you'll need to keep an eye on the ocean as, depending on the time of year, there is a very good chance you'll see some whales and dolphins passing by. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the comfort of your private lanai with unobstructed ocean views or, with your fellow residents/guests by the built in BBQ and picnic area. Then, let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep.
The newly remodeled unit has granite countertops and all new appliances, including a washer and dryer. The kitchen opens to the living room area and on out to the lanai and is fully equipped which includes a single window AC in the living room. It's perfectly situated, away from the city noise, but still very convenient to local restaurants, 3 great farmers markets and historical landmarks. Included are cable TV, secure high-speed internet, and free calling to the mainland and Canada. If needed, there are 3 ceiling fans to add to the comfort of your stay.
