The Palm Villas are surrounded by the Mauna Lani Resort course golf courses ad unit I-23 is adjacent to the 17 th tee box on the North Course.  This home is on two levels, with Tommy Bahama furniture throughout. You'll enjoy the spacious feel with cathedral ceilings and 1460 sf of living space.

The kitchen looks out onto the open floor plan and the living and dining areas open onto a private lanai. From your lanai, enjoy views of the lush landscaping and distant mountain views. The lanai is beautifully furnished with plenty of outdoor seating.  The condominium's kitchen has granite counter tops and new stainless appliances with a breakfast bar. It is fully equipped.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bath with double vanities, deep soaker tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the loft area has a futon for extra sleeping space.  The loft area, second-bedroom and living room have flat screen TV's. You'll find ceiling fans in the bedrooms, living area and loft area to help circulate those tropical breezes. Second bathroom has tub and shower combo.

The home is equipped with air conditioning, full size washer/dryer.  The property also has a detached garage that can be used for guest parking.

Guest are allowed complimentary use of the resort style pool and spa and patio area.  There is barbeque area at the nearby pool complex.  There is a fitness center on property available for guest use as well. Take advantage of the private beach club access for easy parking and an exclusive beach.  The beach is excellent for families, fully appointed with beach chairs and shaded lounging areas.  There is also an excellent restaurant (Napua) that is available for guests as well.  The Mauna Lani Spa is adjacent to the Palm Villas resort (within walking distance).
