THE PERFECT KONA VACATION AWAITS YOU AT WHITE SANDS VILLAGE 111!

This spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath unit is beautifully furnished and includes a full kitchen with all the necessary appliances.  The bathrooms have granite counter tops, custom shower in master and shower/bath combination in guest bathroom.  Condo has  central AC in all living areas with ceiling fans in the living room, master bedroom, second bedroom, as well as on the lanai.  You can also open the windows the enjoy the ocean breezes.  

The master bedroom has a king bed, and a sliding door directly off the lanai. The second bedroom has a queen bed.  For additional guests, there is a queen-size sofa sleeper. (Yes, it's comfortable!).  All beds will give you a comfortable sleep with memory foam pads.  The Living Room has a 65" Flat screened TV equipped with Cable and Internet streaming, the master bedroom and second bedroom are also equipped with TV's, internet streaming and Blue-ray Players.

Our condo is the perfect place to get away from it all and relax in Kona, Hawaii. We are located directly across the street from famous Kona Magic Sands Beach, a premier beach that attracts swimmers and body boarders alike.  Beach amenities include staffed lifeguard tower, volleyball net, bathrooms, and white sands to relax and catch the sun. Note that during high surf, the sand is washed out leaving exposed rocks but it comes back!   Just 1 mile south (a short 8-minute stroll) to Kahalu'u State Park home of the famous Snorkel Beach, view hundreds of species of tropical fish and giant green sea turtles in protected calm waters. Turtles can be seen often daily at Kahalu'u Beach as they feed off of the algae right at your feet.  If you're a golfer, the Kona Country Club just two miles away.

Enjoy your mornings sipping Kona coffee on the lanai while overlooking the well-maintained grounds with lush Hawaiiana vegetation, palm trees and Mountain Views.  The gorgeous pool has chaise lounges, tables with umbrellas, Jacuzzi, Sauna Room, covered barbecues, game room with pool table, library, and tennis courts are available for your use. Take an easy stroll over to the beach or park and enjoy the white sand beach, blue turquoise water, waves, swimming, sun, snorkeling and beautiful sunsets with benches along a sea wall or shaded lawn. Shop the local farmer's market for great buys on local fruits or shop at the large supermarkets and use the kitchen or barbecue. 

Additional activities in and around Kailua-Kona include kayaking, sunset cruises, whale watching (seasonal), parasailing, deep sea fishing, paddle boarding, outrigger canoeing, snorkeling, scuba diving, hiking, theater, movies, shopping, and restaurants.  All within a short distance for our centrally located condo.

Longer drives will take you to Kilauea Volcano, Mauna Kea Observatories, Waipio Valley, Akaka and Umauma Waterfalls, Dolphin Qwest, Botanical Gardens, Black and Green Sand Beaches, Waimea and Parker Ranch, Ancient Hawaiian Fishponds, Hawaiian Petroglyphs, Coffee Farms, Captain Cook Monument, and Historic Hilo town. 

We have a electronic keypad door lock. You are e-mailed your code for your vacation and there are no keys to pick up (or to lose!). Our guests love this feature! If there are any other questions you have, just e-mail and ask!
