My Favorite Island in the Sun!  My Favorite Island in the Sun is a wonderful newly built, large single level 3-bedroom home.  This amazing retreat is the perfect oasis for families or friends!  Showcasing a versatile 75 foot, (25 yard), two lane lap pool, this home has unique appeal to athletes and coaches looking to train. 

The pool was specifically designed for swimming laps, while still offering the "fun" side of a pool and with the addition of the baja shelf… soaking up some rays and relaxing!

Situated near the iconic Ironman World Championship bike course it is a perfect base for those competing in Ironman, Honu 70.3 Lavaman or booking for great training vacation for athletes of ALL levels.

My Favorite Island in the Sun provides a perfect setting for your Hawaii getaway.  It is designed for gatherings of up to 6 people and provides an upscale, relaxing, luxurious and well-equipped home for your Hawaiian Vacation.  Whether hosting your multi-generation family or traveling with other families or couples there is space enough for everyone to be comfortable. 

Enjoy views of the stunning Kohala Mountains, the ocean on the horizon, and Maui in the distance from the backyard… and amazing sunsets from your private backyard plunge pool or pool.  The front yard offers views of Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa and stunning sunrises.  The stars are amazing, and Hawaii is the only state in the United States where the *Southern Cross*, formally known as Crux, is visible in the night sky.

As a large single level home there are no stairs.  The comfortable elegance of this home is sure to delight your entire family.  The single level 3-bedroom home is FULLY furnished!

The house has central AC and FREE Wi-Fi.  There is also a large laundry room in the home for your use.

The open room layout of the home includes a large kitchen, dining area, great room, and a large lanai with outdoor cooking and dining area, as well as an expansive kitchen island.  The indoor/outdoor living area features a large 65" UltraHD 4K TV, great for relaxing with complementary Cable and Apple TV after a long day of fun in the sun!  Each bedroom also has a TV with Cable.

The lanai has a private BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area, and is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day.  The lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment. 

There is a 5-night minimum/10 for Ironman and Christmas season. This is a non-smoking, no pets property.  Please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home.  They do not record any conversation, but they do alert us if the noise levels exceed the residential limits in the area.
